Customer portals, scheduled jobs and everyday business automations.
Your quote confirms the server size, storage and usage allowance for your project. A provider's maximum is not included or reserved capacity. If your quote includes a usage credit, it covers an amount of usage rather than reserved hardware. Extra usage or an upgrade needs a separate agreed price.
When technical details matter, your quote records processing power (CPU), working memory (RAM), storage and expected usage. Ongoing maintenance and revisions depend on your separate care agreement.
