Accessibility Statement
Current as of July 24, 2026
CORE is working to make our website, client portal, and managed experiences understandable and usable for people using a keyboard, screen reader, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. This statement describes our current approach and how to ask for help.
1. Our commitment
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the experiences we design and operate. Accessibility is part of our design, engineering, quality-assurance, and maintenance work rather than a one-time checklist. Conformance can vary by page and by the assistive technology, browser, device, and settings you use.
2. What we support
We provide keyboard navigation, visible focus states, skip links, semantic headings and labels, alternative text where meaningful, readable contrast, form instructions and errors, responsive layouts, and controls that work at larger text sizes and zoom levels. Where we control media, we provide captions or transcripts when appropriate and avoid unexpected sound playback.
We also design information so it is not conveyed by color alone and test common flows such as account access, checkout, contact forms, and project-management actions for keyboard and screen-reader use.
3. Accessibility controls
Use the Accessibility control in the bottom-left corner of the site to adjust text size, theme, contrast, color-vision settings, non-essential motion, and cookie preferences. Signed-in portal users can also access these settings from their account. Your selected settings are intended to remain available as you move between supported pages.
4. Known limitations & third parties
Some booking, payment, video, map, or other embedded third-party services may have limitations outside our direct control. We monitor those dependencies, seek accessible alternatives where practical, and can provide another way to complete the task when an embedded experience is not usable for you.
5. Request help or report an issue
Tell us what happened, the page or feature you were using, and the browser or assistive technology involved. You can email help@coretv.co, use our issue report form, or contact us through our contact form. We will work with you to provide an accessible alternative while we investigate and remediate the issue.
