Engineer is the merged delivery craft: build, design, SEO/AI, and dev all ship under one role. CORE provisions hosting, databases, domains, AI, and CI for you on a modern stack we maintain — you design it, build it, rank it, and wire the AI in. Offer clients anything in our stack, and if you need something we don't have yet, request it and we'll add it.

How delivery pay works. Clients don’t pay per revision — their care plan covers ongoing changes. The $10 per task is your delivery cut, and when more than one engineer is assigned to a project it’s split across the team that did the work.
Custom or custom-quoted solutions earn the same dev 40% / hosting 10%/mo of the quoted amount — whatever you scope, you’re paid a cut of.

How you get paid
You request each payout — an admin approves it
Earning a commission and getting it into your account are two steps. Commissions build up automatically as your clients pay; when a balance is ready you request the payout from your CORE dashboard and an admin approves the transfer. Nothing moves without that approval — it’s what keeps every payout clean and disputable.

Commission accrues
The moment a client invoice is paid, your commission is booked to your account — automatically, at the live rates above.
- Step 2
It clears the hold window
Each commission sits in a 14-day hold (a refund/dispute safety window) and then rolls into that month's payout period. About 7 days after the period closes it becomes payable.
- Step 3
You request the payout
Once a period is payable and its balance is at least $25, you request it in one click from your CORE dashboard. Below the minimum simply rolls forward.

An admin approves & it's sent
A CORE admin reviews and approves the request, and the transfer goes to your connected payout account. You're notified at each step, and 1099 tax forms are generated automatically.
