Question 1

How much does a website cost?

Accepted Answer

Website builds have a one-time starting price: Essential starting at $500 during the current promotion ($1,000 list), Enhanced starting at $750 during the current promotion ($1,500 list), Advanced starting at $1,000 during the current promotion ($2,000 list). Managed hosting is required, starting at $60/month. Care plans are optional but recommended. Optional Care options are Essential Care starting at $49/month, Enhanced Care starting at $94/month, Advanced Care starting at $179/month, Enterprise Care starting at $419/month. The estimate builder provides provisional planning ranges, not a final quote. A CORE specialist will review your selections with you and confirm pricing in a written proposal. No price is agreed and no payment is due from this request.

Question 2

What's the difference between the three build tiers?

Accepted Answer

Essential (starting at $500 during the current promotion ($1,000 list)): Landing/marketing site (1–3 pages), basic SEO, contact form, mobile optimized Enhanced (starting at $750 during the current promotion ($1,500 list)): Everything in Essential + CMS/blog, full analytics, Google Business Profile setup Advanced (starting at $1,000 during the current promotion ($2,000 list)): A larger website built from approved reusable templates, with richer content and commerce-ready customer journeys. Custom layouts, application screens, authentication, payments, booking, integrations, and business logic are separately scoped. The estimate builder uses these same live catalog options to provide a provisional planning range. A CORE specialist will review your selections with you and confirm pricing in a written proposal. No price is agreed and no payment is due from this request.

Question 3

What if my project is bigger than the Advanced tier?

Accepted Answer

CORE also offers Custom Enterprise work for projects that need a custom scope, such as web applications or complex integrations. It is not a fixed-price build tier. Share your goals in the estimate builder; CORE will confirm whether the work fits and provide a written scope and price for review. A planning range is not a final quote.

Question 4

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

The estimate builder records your scope and provides provisional planning ranges. Your human-reviewed written quote identifies approved one-time and recurring prices, optional services, usage-based costs, third-party spend, and applicable taxes before you agree to proceed. No price is agreed and no payment is due from the request.

Question 5

Are software, advertising, or usage costs included?

Accepted Answer

Not automatically. Third-party subscriptions, ad budgets, hosting or capacity upgrades, and metered voice, messaging, or AI usage may be billed separately by CORE or the provider. Your written quote should identify applicable provider costs, CORE fees, usage assumptions, and who bills each item before you approve the work.

Question 6

Do you offer discounts for paying annually?

Accepted Answer

Annual billing is currently enabled with a global 15% discount from the monthly list-price total. Individual products can have a separately configured cadence discount. The estimate builder provides provisional planning ranges; an admin or agent must review and approve the written quote before it becomes final. A CORE specialist will review your selections with you and confirm pricing in a written proposal. No price is agreed and no payment is due from this request.

Question 7

Do you ever run sales or promotions?

Accepted Answer

Active promotions appear alongside published starting prices and follow the offer's eligibility and validity terms. Planning estimates remain provisional; an admin or agent reviews the applicable promotion and approves the written quote before a final price is shared. A CORE specialist will review your selections with you and confirm pricing in a written proposal. No price is agreed and no payment is due from this request.

Question 8

What rights are included with my website?

Accepted Answer

Your accepted order defines the website license and included deliverables. Rights in your content, code, design, third-party components, and source files can differ. We confirm the scope and deliverables with you before work begins; third-party licenses and accounts remain subject to their own terms.

Question 9

How long does it take to launch?

Accepted Answer

There is no single launch timeline that applies to every project. Timing depends on the approved scope, content and access provided, integrations, review cycles, and third-party services. Your written project scope or delivery plan should identify the target dates and any dependencies before work begins; ask your project contact if those dates are missing or need to change.

Question 10

What do you need from me to get started?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the approved scope. Common items include a project contact, accurate business and service information, brand assets, required account access, content approvals, and decisions about integrations or launch. Your project workspace lists the actual requirements and owners; work that depends on missing access or approvals may need to be rescheduled.

Question 11

Who actually builds my site?

Accepted Answer

Your project is handled by the CORE delivery team assigned to its approved scope. That may include an engineer, designer, project lead, or other specialist, with an agent coordinating communication when assigned. The people involved and their responsibilities are confirmed in your project workspace; the same person is not guaranteed to handle every stage.

Question 12

Do I get to approve the design?

Accepted Answer

Review and approval steps depend on the deliverables and approval terms in your project scope. When a private preview or approval checkpoint is included, use the project workspace to review it and send requested changes before the agreed launch step. Check your written scope for what requires your approval and how a delay affects timing.

Question 13

Can you move my existing site over?

Accepted Answer

CORE can assess migrations from platforms such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace. The work that can be moved depends on the current platform, access, content, integrations, and any platform-specific limits. Content transfer, redirects, DNS changes, and testing should be listed in the written scope; do not change DNS until your project team confirms the migration plan.

Question 14

What does a care plan include?

Accepted Answer

Essential Care starts at $49/month and includes 2 basic revisions per month; Enhanced Care starts at $94/month and includes 4 basic revisions per month; Advanced Care starts at $179/month and includes 8 basic revisions per month; Enterprise Care starts at $419/month and includes 16 basic revisions per month. Care is optional and covers the maintenance, monitoring, and change allowance listed in your plan. Website hosting is required for new website builds and is priced separately. The quote states backup responsibilities, renewal terms, and billing start dates. Existing accepted agreements retain their original inclusions.

Question 15

What uptime do you target?

Accepted Answer

A 99.9% uptime target applies only to a paid service whose accepted order includes the applicable service level or SLA. Coverage, measurement, exclusions, response targets, and any service credits are defined by that SLA and your order. Monitoring and hosting configurations vary by project, so check your project documents to confirm what is covered.

Question 16

Can I cancel my care plan?

Accepted Answer

Use the cancellation control in your client portal when it is available, or contact CORE through the cancellation methods in the Terms. Most recurring services end at the close of the current paid period unless your accepted order states a different term; the portal or support team should confirm the effective date. Care, hosting, and other subscriptions may be separate, and ending hosting can take the website offline. Confirm the effect on your site, data, and domain before cancelling dependent services.

Question 17

Do you do more than build the website?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the website is the foundation, and you can layer on everything needed to actually grow the business: SEO, an AI receptionist and website chatbot, paid ads, business email, an admin dashboard/CRM, a customer portal, logins, and more. You can add these when we build, or later. You don't even need a new site to buy them — the estimate builder has a services-only option.

Question 18

Can you help me get found on Google (SEO)?

Accepted Answer

CORE offers scoped SEO work that can include technical and on-page improvements, local search, content, or ongoing campaign work. The deliverables, reporting, dependencies, and price depend on the selected service and are listed in the quote. Search engines control crawling, indexing, rankings, and traffic, so rankings and lead volume are not guaranteed.

Question 19

Do you offer an AI receptionist or chatbot?

Accepted Answer

CORE offers scoped voice receptionist and website chat assistant services. Depending on the approved plan and integrations, they can answer common questions, collect inquiry details, route a caller or visitor, and support booking or follow-up workflows. Phone, SMS, calendar, usage, human handoff, and monitoring capabilities depend on the configured service and third-party providers. The written scope identifies what is included; AI responses and business outcomes are not guaranteed.

Question 20

Can you run my ads?

Accepted Answer

CORE can scope campaign setup and management for supported advertising platforms, including Google and Meta. The quote identifies the campaign work and CORE's management fee; the media budget and platform charges are separate unless the order explicitly includes them. Platform access, approval, targeting, spend, and performance depend on your account and the approved campaign plan.

Question 21

Do you guarantee search rankings, leads, or AI results?

Accepted Answer

No. Search rankings, traffic, lead volume, conversions, and AI accuracy depend on factors outside CORE's control, including competition, provider changes, audience behavior, source data, and configuration. CORE can describe the work and measurable deliverables in your approved scope, but an outcome is guaranteed only when your accepted order expressly says so.

Question 22

Can you set up business email — Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer managed business email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 — set up on your domain, with mailboxes priced per user and handled for you. If you already have one, we'll route email correctly when your site goes live.

Question 23

Can you add extra mailboxes on my domain?

Accepted Answer

Yes — mailboxes are managed per seat, so you can add users as your team grows. Your agent itemizes CORE's administration fee and the provider's separate per-seat licenses alongside your build or care plan.

Question 24

Can customers or my team log in and manage things?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build customer portals (a logged-in area where your customers self-serve their orders, bookings, documents, or invoices) and an Admin Dashboard & CRM (a private back-office to manage leads, customers, bookings, and content). For more demanding needs there's an advanced managed authentication system with roles and single sign-on.

Question 25

Can you add a map, or show my Google reviews?

Accepted Answer

CORE can scope an embedded map or a reviews display when the required account, data access, and platform terms allow it. The source, refresh behavior, permissions, design, and any third-party usage charges depend on the selected integration; the quote should identify what will be displayed and how it is maintained.

Question 26

Can you build something custom with AI?

Accepted Answer

CORE can scope custom AI features such as document review, intake, classification, drafting, or routing when the use case, data, and integrations are supported. The model/provider, human review steps, data handling, hosting, and usage charges are project-specific and should be documented in the approved scope. AI output can be wrong; sensitive or consequential decisions need appropriate human review.

Question 27

Do I own my domain?

Accepted Answer

For a new registration, the registrant recorded with the registrar or registry determines the registered holder; check the confirmation and registration record rather than assuming CORE or a reseller arrangement changes that record. Existing domains remain subject to their current registration. An eligible transfer-out can be requested through the portal; CORE can coordinate the unlock and authorization details when supported by the registrar and registry rules.

Question 28

Can I use a domain I already own?

Accepted Answer

Usually. Your project team will confirm the DNS records or nameservers needed for the selected hosting and email setup. You can keep your registrar; DNS management changes only if your approved setup calls for it and the required changes are completed. Avoid replacing records until the project team confirms the exact values and timing.

Question 29

How do renewals work?

Accepted Answer

Domains bought through us show the expiration and renewal state in the portal. Renewal is not automatic: contact Support before the registrar deadline and approve the separate paid renewal transaction. Registry restrictions, timing, and the live renewal price still apply.

Question 30

What counts as a basic revision?

Accepted Answer

A basic revision is a small content or presentation change that does not add functionality, such as updating copy, swapping an image, or changing hours or prices. Your selected Care plan defines its monthly revision allowance and eligible work. CORE will confirm whether a request fits that allowance before work begins.

Question 31

What's an advanced revision?

Accepted Answer

A request that adds a page, changes structure, introduces a feature or integration, or needs substantial engineering is usually outside a basic revision allowance. CORE will confirm the scope, price, and timing in writing before starting any separately billable work.

Question 32

What if I use all my monthly revisions?

Accepted Answer

Once you have used the monthly allowance, additional requests are not automatically authorized or charged. CORE will confirm eligibility, availability, price, and timing with you before any extra work begins. Unused revisions do not roll over unless your plan or written order says otherwise.

Question 33

Can my bill change without my approval?

Accepted Answer

A change you request to plan, scope, cadence, or billing date is confirmed before it is saved and applies prospectively. Separately, a catalog-wide or vendor-driven rate change may apply after the advance notice required by our Terms; it is not applied silently or mid-period, and you can cancel before its effective date.

Question 34

What happens if a payment fails?

Accepted Answer

A failed payment can leave the invoice or subscription past due, and the payment provider may retry according to the invoice and account settings. Check the invoice and client portal for the current status and contact CORE if you need help updating payment. Do not assume that every account receives the same reminders, retry timing, grace period, or service-access outcome; the applicable order, invoice, and Terms govern.

Question 35

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Major cards are processed securely by Stripe. The checkout or hosted invoice shows the payment methods available for that charge. Card details are collected by Stripe rather than stored in CORE's application database.

Question 36

Can I pick my billing date?

Accepted Answer

Billing-date options depend on the subscription and payment provider. If a change is available, CORE will confirm the new effective date and whether it affects an existing invoice before updating the account. Contact your account team; a requested date is not active until it is confirmed.
