How much does a website cost?

Regular build fees are flat and published: $500 (Essential), $750 (Enhanced), or $1,000 (Advanced). When a sale or promotion is running, the discounted price shows on the shop, in your estimate, and at checkout — the price you lock in is the price you pay. Every live site also needs a care plan — $75, $150, or $300/month — which covers hosting, maintenance, and your monthly revisions.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The estimate builder shows your exact one-time and monthly totals before you ever talk to us. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location. Third-party ad budgets (Meta/Google) are billed by those platforms directly, and we always call that out up front.

Yes — longer billing terms carry a discount and renew at the term rate. Your agent can price monthly vs. annual side by side so you can see the difference before committing.

Do I own my site, or is it a buyout option?

You own your content, your domain, and your data from day one. Most clients stay on the care-plan model, where we host and maintain everything for the flat monthly fee. If you'd rather take the whole thing in-house, Full Ownership is a custom-quoted one-time buyout of the code and infrastructure — the option is always there.

What's the difference between the three build tiers?

Essential ($500) is a fast 1–3 page site to look credible and capture leads. Enhanced ($750) adds a content management system, a blog, and stronger SEO so you can market over time. Advanced ($1,000) is a fully custom build with logins, payments, bookings, and integrations. Not sure which fits? The estimate builder recommends one, and your agent can talk it through.

That's an Enterprise build — web applications, complex integrations, multi-system workflows, or very large sites. There's no fixed price; we scope it with you and put a real, honest number on it after a call. Start in the estimate builder for a range.

Do you ever run sales or promotions?

From time to time, yes. When a promotion is running it's shown right in the pricing and the estimate builder, so the number you see is the number you pay — no coupon-hunting required. The published tier prices are always the honest baseline.

Yes. SEO comes in tiers — from on-page essentials (titles, sitemaps, clean structure so Google can index you) up to an active campaign with keyword strategy, local SEO, backlink outreach, and monthly reporting. We'll recommend the right level for how competitive your market is. Your agent prices it against your goals.

Do you offer an AI receptionist or chatbot?

Both. The AI Receptionist answers your phone (and texts, if you want), qualifies callers, and books appointments into your calendar so a missed call stops meaning a missed customer. The AI Chatbot lives on your site, is trained on your services and FAQs, and captures leads 24/7. Both are fully managed — we configure, connect, and tune them for you.

Yes — done-for-you campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google: strategy, creative, targeting, and ongoing optimization with clear reporting. Your ad budget is billed separately by Meta or Google; the management fee is quoted by your agent.

Can you set up business email — Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Yes. We offer managed business email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 — set up on your domain, with mailboxes priced per user and handled for you. If you already have one, we'll route email correctly when your site goes live.

Yes — mailboxes are managed and priced per seat, so you can add users as your team grows. Your agent can price the exact number you need alongside your build or care plan.

Can customers or my team log in and manage things?

Yes. We build customer portals (a logged-in area where your customers self-serve their orders, bookings, documents, or invoices) and an Admin Dashboard & CRM (a private back-office to manage leads, customers, bookings, and content). For more demanding needs there's an advanced managed authentication system with roles and single sign-on.

Yes — an Interactive Map for locations and directions, and a Google Reviews widget that pulls your real reviews onto the site to build trust. Both are quick add-ons your agent can include in your estimate.

Yes — beyond the receptionist and chatbot, we build bespoke Custom AI Solutions: smart assistants, document/data analyzers, or automations wired into your own tools and data, built on Claude. We scope it, build it, host it, and tune it as a managed service.

Do I own my domain?

Always. Buy it through us or bring your own — either way it's registered to you, and you can transfer it out self-serve whenever you want, no phone call required.

Yes. Our wizard shows you exactly which nameservers to point at us; we detect the change and take over DNS management from there. Your registrar stays yours.

Extra basic revisions are $25 each at the regular rate — any live promotion shows its discounted price in the request flow before you confirm. They're purchasable the moment you run out; quotas reset monthly and don't roll over.

Plan, price, or billing-date changes require your in-portal approval and only apply from your next billing cycle. The single exception is catalog-wide rate changes under our Terms — and even then you get advance notice before anything is billed.

We email and text you immediately, retry automatically, and give you a 3-day grace period. If it stays unpaid the site is temporarily gated until payment — then everything restores automatically.
