AI Disclaimer
Current as of July 14, 2026 · v1.0 — July 2026
CORE uses artificial intelligence across its services — estimate generation, chat and voice assistants, content drafting, and retrieval over your knowledge base. This disclaimer explains what our AI systems do, their limits, and your responsibilities when relying on AI output.
1. Where AI Is Used
CORE services that use AI include: the estimate builder (scope and price suggestions), the website chat assistant, the AI voice receptionist ("Cora") on our phone lines, drafting tools for content and documents, and retrieval-augmented answers grounded in the knowledge base you provide. AI interactions on calls are disclosed at the start of the call, and call recording notices are provided where required by law.
2. Limits of AI Output
AI systems generate probabilistic output. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong — including when they sound confident. AI-generated estimates are previews, not binding offers; a binding amount exists only when CORE issues an invoice or a quote you approve. AI-generated content should be reviewed by a human before you rely on it or publish it.
3. No Professional Advice
AI output from CORE systems is not legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, insurance, or other regulated professional advice, and must not be presented or relied on as such. Consult a qualified, licensed professional for regulated matters.
4. Human Escalation
You can always reach a human: our AI receptionist connects callers to available team members on request, and every portal surface offers a path to your account agent or support. AI never approves billing changes — a human reviews and approves every request that affects what you pay.
5. How Your Data Is Used with AI
Content you provide to AI features (messages, documents in your knowledge base, call audio) is processed by our AI subprocessors listed in the Data Processing Addendum to provide the service. We do not use your private project data to train foundation models. Do not submit data to AI features that you are not authorized to share.
6. Acceptable Use of AI Features
Attempts to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or manipulate CORE AI systems, or to extract system prompts, credentials, or other users' data, are prohibited under the Acceptable Use Policy and may result in suspension or termination.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORE disclaims liability for actions you take in reliance on AI output without human verification. Our total liability remains capped as set out in the Terms of Service.
