Accessibility
An experience everyone can use
Core is working toward WCAG 2.2 AA so people can understand, navigate, and use our site and client portal with the tools they rely on.

What we support
- Keyboard navigation through links, buttons, forms, menus, popups, and sliders, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
- Meaningful alternative text for images, with decorative images hidden from assistive technology.
- Readable color contrast, high-contrast and color-vision settings, and information that is not conveyed by color alone.
- Visible form labels, required-field indicators, autocomplete hints, specific errors, and confirmation before destructive or financial actions.
- Responsive layouts that remain usable at 200% zoom, larger text, narrow widths, and device rotation without routine horizontal scrolling.
- Captions or transcripts for media where we control the content, audio descriptions when essential visual information is not spoken, playback controls, and no unexpected autoplay with sound.
- Reduced-motion support for visitors who request it in their operating system or browser.
Your controls
Open the Accessibility control in the bottom-left corner to change theme, contrast, color-vision, language, and cookie preferences. Portal users can find the same controls in Account → Accessibility.
If a form has several errors, we identify the affected fields and provide a summary so you can correct them efficiently. Voice captions are kept to short, readable phrases rather than a full paragraph.
Known limitations
Some third-party booking, payment, video, or embedded content may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. We continue to replace or remediate those experiences and can provide an accessible alternative on request.
Report a problem
Tell us what went wrong, the page or feature you were using, and the assistive technology or browser involved. Email help@coretv.co or use our contact form.
We are committed to responding promptly and providing an accessible alternative while we work on a permanent fix.
