Defined website packages can use published prices. Custom applications, integrations, provider usage, and changing requirements need review. The interface has to show that difference before a visitor submits an estimate.
Constraints that shaped the work
The approach
Each catalog selection keeps its billing schedule and scope notes so one-time, monthly, and usage-based costs do not collapse into one total.
The project needs, selections, budget, timeline, and requested follow-up stay together in the inquiry record.
The submitted result remains a planning estimate. CORE sends a fixed proposal only after reviewing the requirements and exclusions.
