CORE · Estimate and catalog workflow
CORE’s estimate and shop use the live catalog for package and recurring prices, keep scope notes with each selection, and label the result as planning information until CORE reviews the requirements.

One estimate across every screen
The same planning steps and cost explanations remain available from desktop through mobile.

This is the current public route, not a static mockup.
The challenge
Defined website packages can use published prices. Custom applications, integrations, provider usage, and changing requirements need review. The interface has to show that difference before a visitor submits an estimate.
Constraints that shaped the work
The approach
Each catalog selection keeps its billing schedule and scope notes so one-time, monthly, and usage-based costs do not collapse into one total.
The project needs, selections, budget, timeline, and requested follow-up stay together in the inquiry record.
The submitted result remains a planning estimate. CORE sends a fixed proposal only after reviewing the requirements and exclusions.
